We couldn’t be happier with the care Mateus provided for our dog over the weekend. From the very beginning, everything felt warm and trustworthy. Before the stay, Mateus and his partner took the time to meet with us, answer all of our questions, and tell us about their experience, which immediately gave us confidence. During the weekend, they took amazing care of our dog. She got plenty of exercise, lots of attention, and it was clear she was having a wonderful time. We also received regular updates and the sweetest photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Mateus is incredibly kind, caring, and communicative, and it was obvious how much he genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs. We would trust him with our dog again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter.

They were incredibly attentive, patient, and caring, especially given that our dog needs a lot of attention and can become anxious with loud noises like fireworks. They handled everything with so much calm and understanding, kept us updated, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable at all times. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands.
